Where are my pictures?
If you're looking for your proofs normal proofing time is 2-3 weeks. If you've been given a session on a fit-in basis, such as a newborn or time sensitive session the wait may be longer. Contact us if you have concerns.
Standard wedding proofing time can be 8-12 weeks.
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

When will I receive my order?
Depending on the season, orders can take up to 6 weeks to fulfill. Unless otherwise arranged with us, orders that will be shipped require full payment.

How long are my proofs available online?
Portrait proofs are available online for 5 days, weddings for 30 days, after which a $35.00 archiving fee will apply to repost images. For our standard portrait sessions we offer an early bird discount. Order within 48 hours of your proofs being posted and you'll receive a 10% discount and surprise gift!

Image Archiving Policies

Portrait sessions are archived for 30 days, after the 30 day period all unordered images are purged from our files. Ordered images are stored for 6 months, after the 6 month period all images are purged. One year plan sessions are purged 14 months after the date your initial session took place.

Wedding images are archived until your 4 month anniversary.
